Refunds and cancellations

Lomilomi massage ​​

Online bookings: I will refund your full amount minus PayPal processing fees (this changes but is under $10) but I ask for over 24 hours notice. Cancellations with under 24 hours of notice will not be refunded.

Phone bookings: payment is due at the time of the lomilomi massage (before the massage starts).

Yoga classes

Payment for a block of classes is due within the first week of the 'term' (or block) as advised by email. This is non refundable. However, transferring to another term is possible.

If you have paid for a term of yoga classes and can't attend individual classes a video recording is sent to you that you can do in your own time.

Psychotherapy sessions

Payment is requested at the time of booking. Cancellations with over 24 hours will be refunded minus PayPal processing fees (under $10).

Retreats and workshops

Policies for these will vary and will be available on the booking page itself.

If I need to cancel

I will make every effort to keep scheduled appointments. In the rare event that I need to reschedule, or cancel, I will contact you as soon as possible to negotiate another suitable session time or refunding any money paid in full.
